Camp Hope 2007
For the week of July 9-12, 2007 Hope Church became an underwater world -
The Great Bible Reef!
It was a great week of fun, learning, community, science, and sea creatures.
Thanks to everyone who gave of their time and money to put on an incredible camp for our kids!!
To turn a church into a reef, you need a lot of paint, a lot of fabric, and a bunch of other accessories. Oh and people to decorate doesn't hurt either...
Chloe shows off our painted canvas "Reef"
Thank God for Luisa our artist extraordinaire who draws by hand each canvas for us to paint. She's standing with her daughter in front of our first Camp Hope canvas.

"Providing Hope to all God's Families"
Our fast paced world leaves little time for our children to be children, and even less time for them to discover the awe and wonder of God. How can we introduce them to a God that loves them? To help them appreciate the incredible diversity of God's world? To help them connect with and call on God whenever they need to? And how can we do that in a fun and engaging way?
Camp Hope aims to introduce children to God and Jesus Christ in a way they can understand, with wonder filled worship, engaging stories, hands-on learning, and a community experience they will remember long after the summer ends.
At Hope Church Diversity is Embraced Hope provides a sense of belonging and home for families of all shapes and sizes without regard to race, ethnic heritage, class, age, gender, sexual orientation, or ability. This Church believes that Jesus loves everyone, especially children!
